Crystalline Plague is a Tier I Damage Essence Stone in Atlas Fallen. A passive Essence Stone, it creates a moderate chance to crystallize a nearby enemy when an enemy is crystallized.

Crystalline Plague can be crafted after obtaining Formula XVII which is found in Monsalar: The Wildlands. It requires:

- 2x Meadow Cinth
- 4x Coppery Ore
