Disruptive Throw is a Tier I Tricks Essence Stone in Atlas Fallen. It launches a short range projectile that interrupts and slows enemies on impact. After activation, it has a cooldown of 20 seconds.

Disruptive Throw is obtained during the side quest, Honing Your Skills, in Caladrias: The Forbidden Lands.
