Perks are passive, permanent abilities featured in Atlas Fallen. They are obtained with Perk tokens which are awarded by upgrading Armour at an Anvil. Each Armour upgrade grants one perk token. Perks can then be unlocked in the Anvil menu. Each Perk is connected to another in a unlock tree. To reach a locked perk, the player must simply unlock a perk that connects to it. The game features 12 Perks. Each perk has one to three upgrade slot levels which increase their ability effectiveness.

Increase the chance of rare plants appearing in the environment. Collecting rare plants grants a small amount of Essence Dust. | 3 |
 Momentum Burst |
You generate a moderate amount of Momentum at the start of combat. | 3 |
 Quick Growth |
Increase the amount of Essence Dust obtained from defeating foes | 3 |
 Refresh |
Restore a significant amount of your idol's energy when successfully defeating an encounter. | 3 |
 Sand Slider |
Collecting plants during Sand Sliding provides you with a speed Boost. | 2 |
 Scavenger |
You receive back one of the materials you used when fusing or upgrading an Essence Stone. | 1 |
