Primed Swarm is a Tier II Damage Essence Stone in Atlas Fallen. A passive Essence Stone, it surrounds the player with an aura whenever an Active Damage Essence Stone is used. This aura damages all nearby enemies for 15 seconds and can occur every 45 seconds.

Primed Swarm can be crafted after obtaining Formula XXIV which is sold by the Priest Estate Vendor at the Priest's Estate in Monsalar: The Wildlands. It requires:
