Reckless Cure is a Tier II Tainted Healing Essence Stone in Atlas Fallen. A passive Essence Stone, it greatly increases the amount of all health received. However, it reduces the player's defense for 10 seconds once any health has been received.
Reckless Cure is obtained by defeating Dromur during the main quest, The City of the Sun.
