Ruthless Haste is a Tier II Tricks Essence Stone in Atlas Fallen. A passive Essence Stone, it greatly reduces the ongoing cooldowns of the player's active stones when an enemy is killed or a body part is destroyed.

Ruthless Haste can be crafted after obtaining Formula XV which can be found in Monsalar: The Wildlands. It requires:
- 1x Essence Core
- 2x Meadow Cinth
- 2x Silvery Ore
