Ruthless Protection is a Tier I Survivability Essence Stone in Atlas Fallen. It significantly increases the player's defense for 10 seconds after an enemy is defeated or a body part is destroyed.

Ruthless Protection can be crafted after obtaining Formula II which can be found by completing a Sealing Totem in Caladrias: The Forbidden Lands. It requires:
