Sinful Bargain is a Tier I Tainted Momentum Essence Stone in Atlas Fallen. A passive Essence Stone, hitting enemies create a moderate chance for Momentum to be generated for the player and their co-op partner in exchange for a small amount of health.
Sinful Bargai is obtained as a drop for defeating Gashur in Caladrias: The Forbidden Lands.
