Splinter is a character in Atlas Fallen. In the quest Building Bridges, a woman named Wornblade asks the Gauntlet bearer to find Splinter, the carpenter, so the bridge can be repaired. Splinter is described as "crazy" by Wornblade.
In Caladrias, Splinter left various audiologs with information about points of interest in the world of Atlas.
