Triptych Cure is a Tier II Healing Essence Stone in Atlas Fallen. A passive Essence Stone, it causes the player to automatically regain health if all three active Essence Stones are on a cooldown.

Triptych Cure can be crafted after obtaining Formula XIV which is obtained in Monsalar: The Wildlands. It requires:
- 1x Essence Core
- 1x Dale Vines
- 2x Coppery Ore
