Wildlife Habitats are points of interest in Atlas Fallen. They are locations scattered around each region that can be distinguished by their forested areas and wildlife. These areas are devoid of Wraiths but they can enter if they follow players into them. Furthermore, wildlife will charge players if startled. While they are capable of knocking players off their feet, this only inflicts minor damage.
If players observe deer from afar without startling them, they will begin to glow. Players can then follow them and will be lead to a treasure such as Formula, Treasure Map, or Essence Stone. If players startle the animal before the treasure is uncovered then they will have to leave the area and return. Conversely, if the treasure is uncovered and show up on the HUD, then the player is free to startle the animal and run towards the treasure.
Locations[]
A total of 13 Wildlife Habitats are available in the game. 4 in Caladrias: The Forbidden Lands, 6 in Monsalar: The Wildlands, and 3 in The Black Alms.
